  2. Configure your review capture button and notifications. Set the prompt text your customers will see, and choose which team members and managers receive email alerts.

  3. Your team starts collecting. Every employee's digital business card now has a live "leave a review" link. When a customer taps and leaves a review, they can be given the option to leave it on your Google Business profile as well

New Email Signature & Features



By popular request, we have added some new functionality to email signatures and a beautiful new Layout. 


The new email signature layout features a left-aligned logo and vertically stacked links. As always, the links are tracked in your NodCards stats so you can see what actions customers are taking on your email signature such as click-to-call or get directions.


There is now a setting to include descriptive link labels in your email signatures as seen in the image here. For example, enabling these labels can help inform your customers which phone number to use when sending you an SMS message or calling your main office reception.



LinkedIn Profile Background



Sometimes your background image is so beautifully on-brand, it doesn't even need a logo. 


That's why we've added the option for team members to remove your brand logo from their LinkedIn profile banner.


This enables your team's automatically-generated LinkedIn profile backgrounds to be downloaded with just the image you set on your digital business cards and the team member's unique QR code.



Team Branding: Favicon

A New Focus on the Team Page

We’ve redesigned the NodCards dashboard to focus on the Team page, where several new features make managing your team's digital presence simpler and more effective.

Create Digital Business Cards Faster

Inside the new Cards tab on the Team page, you can now:

  • Add new cards individually

  • Bulk import multiple cards at once

Clicking either button launches a guided workflow to create one or more new digital business cards—ideal for quickly onboarding new team members or scaling up.

Customize Digital Business Card Links in Team Settings

We’ve added a Settings tab to the Team page, giving you greater control over how your brand appears online.



Key Features:

  • Team Name: Assign unique names to each team (e.g., “Sales Team” or “Headquarters”) for better organization.

  • Team Handle Format: Define the URL structure for your digital business cards.



​Example:

This keeps your digital branding consistent and makes URLs easy to search, share, and remember.


🔔 Note: The team handle format applies to cards created using Bulk Import. Cards created via the “New Card” button use a default handle unless entered through the bulk importer—even one at a time.



Maintain Brand Consistency with the New Table View

The redesigned team table view gives you a clear overview of every employee’s card. This makes it easy to audit your team’s digital branding for consistency.




​Customizable Columns:

  • Name & Handle: Full name and public-facing handle

  • Title: Job title

  • Sharing Info(optional): Image, meta title, and description

  • Overview: Employee bio or summary

  • Team Sync: Whether branding for that digital business card is managed at the team level

  • Personal Links: Choose which Personal links to display and check for accuracy (Note: Team links are automatically consistent across all digital business cards in the team.)

  • Lead Gen Form: Email address capturing leads

  • SEO: Indexing status (visible or hidden to search engines)


This allows admins to ensure each team member’s digital business card aligns with your company’s branding and messaging.

The March 2025 product update is here and it’s a big one! We’ve made it easier than ever to achieve brand consistency across your entire team’s digital presence. From logos and background images to colors and layouts, your favorite digital branding solution just got a whole lot better


Let’s dive into what’s new in this product update.




Brand Consistency for Teams


By default, the branding on the digital business cards in your account is now synced across all cards in that team. 


For example, when you update the background image on any card, the image is then syndicated to all cards in the team. 


Colors, layouts, and even email signatures are now consistent as well. Personal information such as Name, Avatar, Title and About text is not syndicated.


If you have multiple teams in your account, you can now easily set up the branding for all digital business cards in the team just the same as if you were updating a single card.



Shared Team Links



Similar to team branding, you can now specify whether you want links on your digital business cards to be personal links (exclusive to that card) or team links (syndicated and shared between cards on that team). 


To add a team link, just toggle the ‘Team Link’ switch when creating a new link. Any edits to that link will be updated across all cards on that team. 


Use team links any time you want common contact information on all your cards such as corporate address, switchboard phone number or social media accounts. 


Deleting or updating a team link on any digital business card will update or delete it from all cards in that team.



Decoupling Branding & Team Links



If you don’t want certain cards to have shared branding and team links, you can decouple those cards using the ‘Team Sync’ dropdown from the Team page. 


This enables you to create completely unique and one-off cards for any occasion.


You will notice there is now an information alert in the Builder when a card is synced or decoupled from branding or team links.




                 

New SMS Links



We have added an SMS / Text Message link type to the available buttons on your digital business cards.


This new feature makes it super easy for visitors to send you a text message in just one click.


When the SMS button is clicked, it opens a text messaging app on the user’s phone, enabling these customers and prospects to send you a text message to the number you choose.


We’ve already had multiple teams roll this out to their customers. If your team engages via text messaging, we suggest adding the SMS button for your users.

Inside the Brand Pack you'll notice a number of customization options for your business card including landscape or portrait orientation, background colors and output format (PDF or PNG). Other branding details like your logo and brand color are pulled in from your web and mobile design elements in the NodCards builder.

Printing your free business cards

With your PDF design in hand, just go to any online print shop like VistaPrint or UPrinting, select the type and quantity of cards you want and upload your business card design. Within as little as one day, you’ll have brand new printed business cards ready for your next conference, trade show or event. 


Included contact information

To make the design as minimal and appealing as possible while still being one hundred percent on brand for every user, the information displayed on your printed business card includes your name, title, email address and phone number. If you don’t have a mobile number on your web and mobile NodCard, your main or other phone number will take its place. 


QR codes on business cards

Now, you might be wondering “what about all my other business information like address and social media links?” Those are accessed by scanning the QR code on your business card which is linked to your NodCard where it’s conveniently just one click away.
